The Sunboats shipyard has some outstanding features in all its facilities, the best partners in the business and uses the most advanced technology including the most recent developments in wielding, thanks to the leading oil company Petrobras that needs to have the best wielders on the planet because of its deep sea oil platforms. To go along with the quality of our wielding capabilities Sunboats works with the same water cutting technology for cutting alumium plates, this is the same used for aeronaltical companies because mainten the aluminum straight for future welding, plus it has extreme precision reducing any possible plate distortion on the construction.
The Sunboats shipyard has a unique quality when it comes to expansion capabilities, since Sunboats is a “horizontal” shipyard we grow and expand our infrastructure sideways being able to house simultaneous catamarans constructions at same time as the shipyard grows as the demand.
Sunboats recently added another neighbor building to the infrastructure in Sao Paulo, displaying our growth potential. That is also possible (and likely) to happen in our other facilities by the ocean in Santos, SP – Brazil, where we splash our vessels. To add to this big structure Sunboats also owns a marina in Ubatuba, SP – Brazil that can be used as a maintenance facility, and in water testes before we delivery the vessels to clients.
All ours welders are Bureau Verita certified giving the final product the necessary sunboats quality and certified classification.
The shipyard also have a separate cutting plate facility to provide all welding facitities just in time plate cutting, and all interios are made in Via Reggio, Italy giving the Hi-
